Outlook for Mac v16.66.2(22102801) Not syncing properly with Google Calendar

When updating google calendar it doesn't update Outlook Calendar. The opposite works, if I update Outlook Calendar, it updates Google Calendar.

I could not find a way to debug sync errors in this version.
