Outlook: Emails don't show in Inbox

Copper Contributor

Hello,

I have just set-up one of my user's Outlook accounts with an Exchange Online 365 account.

I sent the user a test e-mail which doesn't show up in the inbox.

When I Outlook Search for the e-mail I can find it. It is unread.

I then moved the e-mail to a folder I created. When I open the folder nothing is there.

I am certain there are no filters set in the view. I have run the command outlook.exe/cleanviews.

The emails show up just fine in OWA.

Any ideas or help is deeply appreciated.

Try to repair/recreate the Outlook profile. Running Outlook with the /cleanviews switch might help too.

+ 1 for Vasil's suggestion

Hello,

I have already deleted the profile and created a new one. I have also run cleanviews. Any other suggestions?

EDIT: When I deleted and recreated the profile, I could suddenly see the test emails I had sent earlier. The same thing was happening again though. New emails wouldnt show up.
