Outlook crashes while reply to the email

When i try to forward a mail the programs crash and then close itself.
This happen also when i send an email. Multiple locations and users are affected.

Does anyone know about this issue?

in Outlook go to Office-Account, sign out and in again.

Had the same in our company.

The first question, did your environment apply any updates or version upgrade recently?
