Dear Experts,

I am a user of Microsoft 365 Home edition with my PC. Today when I tried to open OUTLOOK and receive my email. It opened at the first sight and shut down at the second sight. Your support center suggests me download the app "SetupProd_OlkStart" to solve the problem. But when I downloaded it, it says my PC environment can't work. I will go crazy without outlook mail service. What shall I do then?
