Hi Everyone,
I have an Office 365 subscription (Microsoft 365 Apps for Business) which comes with office apps.
I have a gmail (as well as other MS ones) account setup in my Outlook profile configuration.
This account uses IMAP and it has grown quite large recently.
Therefore I watched the following video in order to clear up some space from the google cloud:
So I went into FILE then TOOLS/CLEANUP OLD ITEMS, selected the root of the mailbox because I want to archive all folders, selected archive items older then 1 Jan 2018 and specified an archive PST file for the messages to move to.
The process starts fine, but when I check the archive, I noticed that it has only archived all the messages in 2017 and missed archiving much older messages going back as far as 2010.
Is this a bug?
Why isn't Outlook 2016 (Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft MSO 16.0.13001.20266 32 bit) archiving correctly?
Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks and regards
