oneNote section sync not working

When I change the name of a section in OneNote Online it does not syncronise to one note desktop does anybody know why?? Thanks!!!

I've looked at the guide and tried to applie it but i've runned into some trouble because some of the buttons don't exist but i've found other syncing button and they didn't work.

And I don't know if the guide applied for this situation because the sections sync perfectly it is only the section title that does not syncronise when modified
