We have configured policy tips for OneDrive. All the Tips are working nicely on the web clients for Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Also the email notification is shown.
However, the Tips are not being displayed on the installed clients. The deployment was done 4 days ago. We have tried to investigate, but there are no errors or issues anywhere. We have also looked at the PolicyRules.xml and ClassficationRules.xml, and the changes have not been replicated to anyone at the moment.
Did anyone have similar experience in the past? Is this by design?
