On premise office 365 eac redirects to comparison

Hi,

I have completed the office 365 hybrid migration wizard and everything seems fine but when I open the on premise EAC and then click the Office 365 tab next to the word Enterprise it redirects to Buy and Compare Microsoft Office web page instead of managing Office 365 like it should. I have a user who exists on the Office 365 portal as a Global Administrator and they are a member of the Organization Management group so I don't understand. I am following the Exchange Server Deployment Wizard which as part of the finalizing the deployment asks you to test migration using this section. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing this?

I seemed to have fixed this by restarting IIS on all exchange servers in my environment. I don't know which one would have fixed it.
