Office365 wont send email from our domain - Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold

Copper Contributor

This afternoon we started to get bounce emails whenever someone on our exchange sent email to anywhere on the internet.   We were doing some pen testing and apparently were flagged as sending bad emails.   How do we restore our outgoing mail service?

The NDR report includes this link

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/email-non-delivery-reports-in-office-365-51daa6b9-2e35-49c4...

which says to contact support, I opened a ticket in the portal but am unable to reply to it due to the email issue...  no calls no word from microsoft for over 8 hours...   I have called the support phone number and talked to "technical routers " hourly, with no response, no feedback..

Figured I would try the forums for support.

Thanks

-Dan

Open a support case with MS. They should be able to unblock you
