Office365 Multiple clients / billing

Copper Contributor

Good Morning everyone I have a small business - and over the course of a few years migrated a few of my clients across to office365 hosted exchange - usually clients just use the business essentials or business premium licenses - I would sign up on my clients behalf, migrate their domain, set them up etc, and then just put my business credit card in for billing - in the beginning this was ok, but now that its a large amount of users, I am sure there must be a smarter way for me to do this, as I have random amounts deducted off my account during the month, and this causes an admin nightmare.

Is there a correct procedure that I can follow for this, so that I get billed once for all my clients, or get set up a reseller or something?

Any information would be appreciated.

The correct way would be to register as a Microsoft partner, then add your tenant as the customers' "partner of record". https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/admin/misc/add-partner?redirectSourcePath=%252farticle%25...
