I have been working with several customers and running in to an issue with Office update channel inconsistency. While we have the tenant set to be at a specific channel, users' Office installs are at different channels. I know users can enroll into the Insider program, but can't seem to nail down why users may be at different update channels. We have had some users who were on a different update channel revert to the channel set at the tenant level. Can anyone explain how that setting is managed or how it effects users' installs?
