Office insider missing features or?

I finally manged to get the deployment tool to work and was able to install office insider (see version and build info in picture)
But I think is not working or has the darkmode in outlook become unavailable in the latest release?

Office insider is basically a beta playground, they add and remove features all the time. If you have a specific feature you want to use, stick to the current or even deferred channel.

@Vasil Michevthats true but if the feature is still in the build and I´m missing that I need to understand why
