Hi guys,
I am new on this so please bare with me.
I have an issue with one of our users, they are using a MacBook air running on Catalina, their issue is that whilst working on Excel, all of a sudden, the Excel window disappears, it is not hidden or minimised, they cannot save their work, the only work around is to close Excel which means losing all their work and reopening the app and start again.
