Office 365

I am attempting to load Office 365 on my new desktop.  When I do so, the information from my old Outlook is already added.   I don't want this.  I would like to start with a clean slate without any of the previous information.

I would also like to have my Shaw email loaded as an exchange instead of IMAP. 

Can someone help me here?

From what I know Shaw is a IMAP server, so you cant configure it as exchange.

You can manage/change your default outlook profile in control panel> mail > show profiles
