Office 365 Outlook Not Working

Copper Contributor

Outlook is not working, detailed below, and the phone support for MS Office 365 has been disconnected so I can no longer use their expertise to resolve Outlook issues.

My Yahoo Mail Account had been linked to my MS Office Outlook Account but recently, all Yahoo Mail stopped flowing  into Outlook and I am unable to send any mail from Outlook..

While Outlook is opening, I see the following:

Outlook Send/Receive Progress” box

Synchronizing error box pops up reflecting the following:

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for dekardes@icloud.com.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for dekardes@icloud.com. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Additionally:

When Outlook is opened (although not working) the following pop up box continues to appear on the screen.

Internet Mail (with my yahoo email account)

Server: hmtp.mail.yahoo.com

User Name: My yahoo email account

Password: ********* (my yahoo mail password)

Box checked to Save this password in your list

Options: OK or CANCEL

IS THERE A WAY TO CONTACT OFFICE 365 SUPPORT, EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR A ONE TIME FIX
