Bonjour à tous,

Je m'appelle Wesley.

Je suis technicien dans une société de prestations de service informatiques.

Je me permets de venir vers vous pour un soucis sur Office 365.

J'ai plusieurs clients chez lesquels nous avons Office 365 depuis plusieurs années sans soucis majeurs.

Cependant depuis fin juillet, nous rencontrons des problèmes avec les machines qui sont équipées de WIndows 10 + Office 2016/2019/365 et avec plusieurs comptes mail mis en place sur le profil.

 

Lorsque que les clients ont ouverts leur Outlook, il leur a été demandé leur mot de passe, puis une question leur a été posé sur "La gestion de l'organisation", puis leur Outlook reste en mode déconnecté !

Par la suite, impossible de faire quoique ce soit, la fermeture et la réouverture de Outlook ne change rien.

J'ai tenté de créer un nouveau profil, mais là aussi, j'ai un message me disant qu'il y a déjà un compte associé à ma machine... 

J'ai réussi à contourner le problème sur certains postes qui acceptaient encore de se connecter en ne laissant qu'un compte sur le profil puis en ajoutant les comptes supplémentaires via les paramètres de compte de Outlook, mais d'autres Outlook ne veulent rien savoir... du coup, accès en Web mail provisoirement...

 

Le soucis est que ce problème est présent chez plusieurs clients.

Je ne sais pas si je suis le seul dans ce cas, avez-vous eu ce genre de problème ? Je suis ouvert à toutes les aides possibles car je ne sais plus trop quoi faire ...

I haven't seen issues with multiple accounts in Outlook for years now, and I use several in my day-to-day tasks. So the first thing I'd advise you to do is to make sure you are running an updated version of Office, switch to the Current channel if necessary. Running the SaRA tool might help detect some misconfigurations: https://diagnostics.outlook.com/
