Hello everybody
I need the help of an expert of office 365.
Can somebody confirm me that :
- An IT admin in a company using office 365 as a server for email can easily hard delete messages from anyone in the company? As well, can you confirm me that hard deleted message CANT be seen anymore on this server ( deleted "forever"?)
- An IT admin can modify content of any email from an other person from the same company?
Thanks for your help,

IT admins can do anything, given enough permissions. As simple as that. If you want to prevent this, there are features such as holds/retention policies (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/retention-policies) or PAM: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/privileged-access-management-overview
