After updating to the latest version, 16.0.12725.20006, I can no longer create new Excel Workbooks or Word Documents. As soon as I try to create new documents, the applications close instantly w/o any information given. I can still open up and edit existing documents, but just unable to create anything new.
The event logs are full of entries like this:

I've tried ripping and replacing the software, no change. How do I downgrade to a different version? Or maybe there is another solution?
