My organisation's Office 365 Email service, Outlook, is return an error message upon login.

Is it a Microsoft wide scale degradation issue?

 

Can someone assist with troubleshooting that please? I've checked the Service Health notification update, but not seen any incident notice related to such issue.

 

Would be very grateful for your assistance/technical advice.

I haven't noticed any issues, but that's no guarantee that some parts of the service aren't affected. If you still have issues open a support case, especially if you don't see it on the SHD. And make sure to also test OWA and mobile devices.
