Office 365 E3 subscription shows expired Nov 2018

Occasional Visitor



my Office 365 E3 subscription now shows an error message.

"We've run into a problem with your Office 365 subscription and we need your help to fix it"


When I check my subscription in the Office Admin centre it shows that my license expired 03 November 2018. But it's only June.


Any ideas how to get this fixed? if I click Reactivate I am prompted to pay again.

Call Office 365 Support...
