Does Office 365 Business Premium Plan allows to install Office 365 ProPlus on client machine?

Also, If i downgrade/migrate from my existing plan (which is Office 365 Enterprise E3) to the Office 365 Business Premium, what will be the after effects of the features of existing mailboxes especially the Shared Mailboxes?

That means, under Office 365 Business Premium plan, how many maximum mailboxes can be contained by the Shared Mailbox, where mailboxes doesn't has a valid office 365 license assigned? (see the attached image)

Since Office 365 Business Premium includes Office 365 clients, the answer is that you can install Office 365 clients you have following the manual or automatic approach depending on the way you want to deploy Office to your users

Note: Exchange Online features like Compliance Management, Protection, Mailbox's features like Litigation Hold etc.

This is listed here with more details.  Office 365 Business Premium comes with Exchange Online Plan 1, where E3 is based on Exchange Online Plan 2.
