Office 365 Business Essentials

We have Office 365 Business Essentials . We work with email and everything works fine except for one problem. When we send email to one specific client he receives it after a few hours only.

If we send the same email from the same pc , but from gmail account or another email account he receives it immediately . The other side  also uses Office 365 Business Essentials. 

 

What could be the cause of this problem? Is there any tool to analyze this problem?

In the Exchange Admin Centre run a message trace and you should be able to see if there is any issues your end
