Office 365 Apps unavailable

Good day,

 

We are trying to get this user onto Teams, but it won't allow her to sign-in. When signing into Office 365, it displays the content in image attached. We have waited significantly longer than the 10 minute period. Is this just something that could take up to a couple of days, else could someone advise how to proceed further please?

It seems the user does not have any license assigned so that's expected in terms of the Home Page. Out of curiosity: what Office 365 Plan do you have?

I specifically wanted her to log in to Office 365 to find out what account she has. Maybe that page should explicitly state that that user hasn't been assigned an Office 365 licence?

 

So would I need to contact our tenant company's IT department to find out what account she has?

Thanks, I still feel that that page should explicitly state that that user hasn't been assigned an Office 365 licence. Then this conversation and post wouldn't be necessary.
