office 365 - 2-factor authentication

Hi, 

On office 365 - can I set mailbox 2 factor authentication:

1. App password

2. Email address

instead of Phone number code?

Neither of those is two-factor auth. App passwords are technically a "password", a workaround that allows you to bypass 2FA on devices that do not support it. Not recommended, as most apps nowadays shouldnt have any trouble performing 2FA. And email has never been available as 2FA method.
