O365 URL Scan/Safe Links impact to one-time URL

Would like to know whether the EOP or O365 ATP Safe Links check/scan will impact the one-time URL in the email body. Not too sure whether EOP or ATP do click the URL in "sandbox" environment, then ?

Same problem! It follows your link before the user himself, thereby render the page, starting all your endpoints, thereby breaking your one-time URL logic.
