O365 mailing list and meeting invites

Hello everyone,

sorry if this seems like a silly/redundant question. Lets say we have a distribution list A. Each month we have a meeting on the last day of the current month and all the users from list A get an invitation that is sent out on the first day of the current month. In the middle of the month, several new employees join the company and are added on list A. 

Do the newly added users retro-actively get an invite to the meeting that will be at the end of the month? 
If not, what would be an elegant solution to making sure they get an invitation no matter what time they're added to the group or is there no other way than to do it manually for each newly added member?

If you want the meeting to appear in their calendars, you have to resent/forward the invitation.
