O365 Exchange




I have an issue that I cant figure out and am hoping someone here can assist.  I'm trying to get verification codes from https://haveibeenpwned.com/DomainSearch sent to 3 emails, but the emails aren't coming through.  The weird thing is the emails I'm selecting to have the codes sent to, I can receive emails to those accounts from my personal emails.  Ive checked our gateway and there's nothing in our rejection que and I've whitelisted the sender's address to no avail.  Any thoughts on what could be the issue?  DNS issue?  If its a DNS issue why then am I able to receive emails from my personal accounts?

Might be a number of issues, best thing to do is run a message trace on O365 side: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200712(v=exchg.150).aspx
