O365 Activity report

Is there a way Admin can get a report with a list of Employees who are accessing the 365 application after business hours?  We are looking to create a Power BI report with information on employees who are sending emails after office hours and accessing the SharePoint. 


Can anyone please give some ideas to achieve this?

The only way to generate such report would be to crawl the Unified audit log:

Thank you. Can we access this information from the Audit log using API's?  Can we get this data in Power BI? Any advice?
