noreply email address not send to users


i am using forticloud service to send reports to users.

recently we noticed that the emails is not received by users.

checked on forticloud side, no issues as we can send to other email account. eg gmail.

email traced shown that the emails are being delivered to users but not found.

its not even in junk folder

Did you check the quarantine? If you go over the detailed message trace, it should tell you where the message ended up.

managed to get it solved after i modify the spam filtering rules.
