No data available in usage reports

In two separate tenants I am seeing an issue with the reports in the admin centre. Most of the panel say "Looks like no one is assigned this product for use yet" when that isn't true. One of the tenants has over ten users with E5 licences assigned and has for a month or so. The other has two people assigned E3 licences. In both cases most of the tiles in the reports area show nothing.

 

The only exception to this is the SharePoint files tile which shows > 100 files in each case.

 

A third tenant I have is showing data just fine.

 

Is there a known issue with this at the moment?

Ey Mark,
Best you can do here is to open a support ticket since what you are seeing is not correct. Check also your health dashboard, it might happen an issue related to usage reports is happening in your tenant
