Hello!
It was brought to my attention that recently when you drag an email from Outlook (O365) and drop it in a folder (using File Explorer - Windows 10), the resulting file name (.msg) will get rid of the periods originally in the Subject line of the email saved.
Example:
- Subject in Outlook = 45454545-RLUNA.666
- Resulting file name = 45454545-RLUNA 666.msg
Does anybody know how to get the resulting file name to respect the name as it is written in the Outlook subject? I was told that this is a new behaviour in Outlook, and was even shown all the previous file names with the correct names that included that period.
