New Experience Document Libraries are not showing up for a few people

Hi

I have the most peculiar problem in our organization. We have setup a few Document Libraries in a few Team sites on Sharepoint. Many people are not able to view the Library with the New Experience turned on. However, they can access it just fine in the Classic Experience mode.

I tried different browsers but the same issue. However, this is not a problem to a few others, including me on a Macbook Air and Safari.

Any way i can troubleshoot this problem?

Use the web browser network tracing to see if any files are not downloading. The modern relies heavily on Javascript and these may be blocked for some reason or browser setting not allowing them.
Be also sure to start in private sessions in the browsers of affected people

I have come across the same and found it to be having fixed when the AllDocuments view was modified by not showing a certain column in the view. Yet to dig deeper what went wrong or if the column was changed which effected the view.
