Moving domain between Office 365 tenants

Hi Guys, I really some so good advice on this. So my client (@domain1.com) currently used a tenant (Bad-Admin) to host there domain and use office 365. My client has asked me to find out about migrating the domain to me (good-Admin) Unfortunately I have tried to do this, but the Bad-Admin will not allow me admin rights and is reluctant to release the domain. He is also now trying to charge my client silly amounts of money to do anything with regards to admin work. Has anyone encountered this before? and can you give any solid advice? I'm thinking the only next option is court? Many Thanks

Hi! As long as the admin owns or are responsible for the domains and dns it will be hard to do anything! Make sure to find out if the client owns the domain, and where it’s hosted!
