hello ,
we are in Hybrid Env with Office 365 .From outlook Office 365 user profile , when he moved an email from his mailbox to sharedmailbox, the mail is not appeared and not found it after .we recreated a new profile and we have the same issue , i deactivated the Automaping and disabled the cache but no way .
any ideas ?
