Recently noticed that the tabs New and All are not vissible in the App Launcher (pic top). It doens't matter wether we are on the start page, sharepoint or any other web-app.
All Apps seems to have moved to the bottom of the App Launcher, but doesnt open a menu (pic bottom).
Also the context menu's on the tiles do not open, so no resizing, removing, adding etc.. Lastly users are unable t move the tiles arround bij drag and drop.
Maybe related to current known issue "EX94874 - App launcher issue" but above symptoms are not mentioned.
We are not missing any tiles, although i have seen missing tiles on some occasions when going tot OotW (symptom described in issue EX94874)
Have been testing in Edge, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome with same results. Sites have been added to known secure sites.
Also just now noticed that our custom support information under the Help / questionmark has disappeared. Maybe its related ?

I believe it's related to the issue detailed in the other thread, the behaviour detailed there has been around for weeks. It seems that we should be getting a fix shortly, so monitor the other thread and once the fix is rolled out, if your issue is still not resolved, open a support case so they can properly investigate.

The only known workaround is to make sure you are logged on in Outlook Online.

Issue has been solved for all my users for a few says now.
