Migrate from SBS 2011 to Server Essentials 2019 & M365

Hi

I have a SBS 2011 and migrating to Essential 2019 & M365,  whats the best way to achieve this, I'm looking to have the WSE 2019 as my root\primary DC with AD roles that connect to M365.
