Microsoft won't start after latest update

Could you tell how I can get some help about this issue, please.

I have tried everything in your help pages and I have not been able to get it started. It was working perfectly fine, the computer restarted for the update and I have not been able to open Outlook since.

Did you try starting Outlook in safe mode? Hold the CTRL key while pressing the Outlook icon to launch it, or type "outlook /safe" in the run box. You can also try creating a new profile, see if it makes a difference.

Thank you! It would not start on safe mode but I managed to create a new profile (I tried to do it before but I was doing it wrong!) and its finally working now.
