Took the survey, but did not see an option for open ended feedback so here it goes....

Adoption would improve significantly if you could apply a legacy type façade to products as part of integration.   Let IT teams deploy a new version of Office that looks similar to a version end users are coming from. Then enable a 'Face lift' type of change sometime later. This would allow the IT teams to focus first on deployment, and then approach user change/adoption as a separate focus!
