Microsoft Outlook Calendar on O365 - part of day shaded out...

When viewing MS Outlook (both in Application and 365 there is a "greyed" out section of the day from 14:00 04 July to 15:00 05 July - there is no information there and we are unable to remove it - any ideas?

Affecting a single user, or multiple users?

For an affected user, check their work hours configured in Outlook:

File > Options > Calendar

Single user - we have checked File > Options > Calendar and it is not the work hours configuration

Does the user have any additional calendars enabled in their calendar view - e.g. an overlaid calendar?

Is the greyed out time the same grey colour as that used for outside of working hours?

If the user looks on their calendar via the Outlook mobile app - is it greyed out there too?
