Is there a way to enroll devices to new DEP profile from a different tenant without any downtime/affect to end users? Currently I have one tenant with DEP where 100 users are already using and I am in a process of migrating SharePoint and email content to an new tenant called "Testxyz.com". For this I believe I need to create new DEP profile and complete all the remaining configuration settings.
If I add users under MDM server in Apple business portal (for new tenant), then they need to redo all the steps from scratch.
So without having these steps, is there a way to minimize this issue (so that end user will not know that there is change in the back end)? or the only way is to inform end users to complete enrollment steps again for new tenant/new profile?
