Microsoft Forms - where can forms be found?

Before we advocate for our users to begin using Microsoft Forms, we would like to know where the forms are stored.  In particular we want to have a plan for how to get to Microsoft Forms, after the employee who created them leaves the company.  Are the forms in their OneDrive?  Or in their Exchange?  How do we get to the forms after the person who created them is gone?

To my knowledge, forms are stored somewhere within Microsoft datacenter. Forms that are created by him/her once they leave and you delete their account will be deleted as well, but there is a way to transfer them.
