Microsoft Forms - Identify Embedded Website?

Hello all,

I have created a single Microsoft form that I intend to embed (just with embed code) on several of my company WordPress websites. I am wondering if it is possible to have the form identify which website the form has been submitted or accessed from? I am using Power Automate to forward on the results via Email etc in the back end but can't seem to find how to achieve what I need.  

Is this possible?

I don't believe this is possible as when the form is embedded it doesn't supply the context of the page it's on. You could duplicates the form for each page you are embedding on and tie them all to the flow?

Thanks for the reply mate. Yeah I am thinking you are 100% correct. I was just hoping some one would come along and say I was a moron and this is how you do that I guess.
