I have a list with a site column of type " Person or Group" that allows the selection of people and groups. I created a managed property for this column mapped to ows_columnName. The issue I am having is that when the column is set to a SharePoint group, the managed property is blank but if the column has a user the property is correctly populated with the user name. This issue is happening in multiple tenants. Any Idea how to resolve the issue?
