Macros doesn’t work

I’m using office 2019 pro plus. Macros doesn’t work in excel file.
How can I fix it?

Maybe start by providing way more information than you have.

How is anyone supposed to help you with your issue if you haven’t provided an error message, proper context or what you e tried to fix it?

Provide that and maybe someone can help.

Hi,
Eric (Supervisor in Microsoft) try to fix it by remote session yesterday but he can’t fix it.
I have office 2019 pro plus, My agents send me skill matrix form of excel file. When I click on macros, it’s no any action or error message, same file when I open in my friends computer no any issue.
