I added an account to the Organization Management role in the Security and Compliance Center. This account is also a SharePoint admin. In the O365 Admin Center, the link to the SP Admin Center is visible, but the link to the Security and Compliance Center is not visible. HOw is the user supposed to get to the Security and Compliance Center? how come the link is not visible (it is for Global Admins)?

It's not like we havent seen similar behavior previously with other roles. Just have him add https://protection.office.com/ to his Favorites. And bug @Anne Michels for properly scoped admin panel :)

Hi there,
thanks for your feedback and question. I've shared it with the engineering team. Please submit future feedback directly through the feedback button at the bottom of the admin center. That way, the engineering team has all information needed and can directly look at the logs.
