Hope someone can help with the following issue
I have a Microsoft 365 Family account and shared via e-mail function to another computer (and outlook address of mine).... I get the e-mail on accepting, but when I am directed to my account there is no possibility of installing office (as microsoft describes in the help center)
So how do I solve this
Furhter when I am on the administrator account that holds the 365 family account - the status keeps staying as pending e-mail invities... and I have tried to resend.....
