Is there is any direct solution to migrate PST to Office 365?

I have PST file and their size is around 5 GB, my all emails, contacts are stored in this file which is related to my official work and now I need to import all my PST data into Office 365 because our company migrated into Office 365. So is there any direct solution to migrate PST to Office 365 or I need an expert who migrates my data. Please suggest to me.

Just copy the pst to the computer or if it’s the same do an import of the pst file! See the instructions below:

As Adam says you can have your using import their own pst's if they want. There is also a pst import tool for admins where they can take a batch of pst's and map them using a mapping file and import them to their mailboxes for them on the back end as well.
