Hi,
My user reported there were some good emails delivered to Junk Mail folder. I tried to find out what is the reason Office 365 think they are jink mail. Is it possible to find out the reason why an incoming email delivered to Jink Mail folder?
Please help!

Run a message trace, the detailed results will tell you why the message was moved to junk. You can also look at the header information.

Hi Vasil,
Thank you for your reply. I checked both message trace and email internet header, none of them tells me the reason why they are delivered to Junk Mail folder.
Thanks,
Grace

Did you examine the spam confidence level of the email ? After checking the header you can paste the header in https://mha.azurewebsites.net/ . Lookout for the SCL figure in there , if it is correctly classified as Spam and you do not want it to be classified as such .
1. You can add the sender domain to a safelist
to prevent that .
