Is it possible to only allow users to install certified Teams apps in teams?

Hi there, we would like to limit the teams Apps users can install to certified Apps in Teams only.

Is it possible to configure this in a policy without calling out each app, but certified apps in general?

Btw, why are they no or only a few Microsoft Team apps certified?

If you have other ideas on how to manage teams apps please share.

The certification process leaves a lot to be desired, let's put it like that. There's no way to restrict the policy to just certified apps, but you can configure it to say just Microsoft first-party apps and approve other vendors' (certified) apps as needed.
