Is anyone else having problems printing from Office365's web email correctly from Firefox v68?

Hi.

http://www.usc.edu/office365's e-mail print (preview to PDF and physical papers) shows very tiny text font sizes and very wide page from upgraded Firefox v68 in mac OS Sierra v10.12.6. It didn't happen before its upgrade yesterday. I retried in Safari, and it had no problems. I also tried another non-MS webmail (http://webmail.earthlink.net), and it had no issues in Firefox v68.

And then, I found the checked print's "Ignore Scaling and Shrink To Fit Page Width" option as shown in my uploaded https://i.imgur.com/AiqZPYH.png screen shot/capture. Unchecking it made it better, but it likes to take the whole first page 1 with huge e-mail title/subject wordwrapping very early taking up multiple rows to leave huge empty white gaps. And then, smaller/normal font sizes with To and CC e-mail addresses inside huge boxes. Under them, three horizontal lines and an empty box! All of these are the first page. A waste of precious page and time! Its e-mail body is on the second and on pages. :(

I also tried https://outlook.live.com, and it had no problems but I don't think that is a true Office365. Is there a free non-USC Office365 to try?

Is anyone else seeing this too on their ends? Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

This is definitely true in Firefox and Outlook web App for the old web app style view which many users here will not give up. A large wasted space with big box out lines and several horizontal line that shows up at the top only after being printed. Not in Print preview or any other time. the example was printed to a PDF printer and screen captured then highlighted in red.

In the new view style of outlook or old view style in chrome this does not happen but still it would be great if someone from outlook contacted Mozilla and worked out this problem so it doesn't happen.Bad Page at top of email printBad Page at top of email print @AntDude

@garyo7Thank you for confirming. I'll mention my forum thread into my https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1565682 bug report.

FYI. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1565682 says to use the newer Outlook option if possible and/or wait for Firefox v68.0.2 that will have the fix. :)

@AntDude

Confirmed. Problem exists with FF 68.0.1. In IE the problem does not exist.

Text size of printed mails becomes smaller the longer a row of text line is. Firefox produces no automatic line breaks.firefoxprintowa.png

 Finally, Firefox v68.0.2 was released with the fix for "Printing emails from the Outlook web app no longer prints only the header and footer (bug 1567105)"! :D
